Mein Job als Organisationsassistentin ist spannend und abwechslungsreich!

Mich motiviert, dass ich in dieser Position mein Organisationstalent ausleben kann und damit andere entlaste.

Meine Tätigkeit in drei Worten: organisieren, planen, strukturieren

An meiner Arbeit finde ich besonders spannend, dass ich mit vielen unterschiedlichen Menschen zu-sammenarbeite.

Am meisten freue ich mich auf/genieße ich diese Aufgaben: meine TO DOs sortieren & priorisieren

Mein Tipp für den Arbeitsalltag: Wenn man alles gleichzeitig erledigen will, sich dennoch motivieren eines nach dem anderen anzupacken, die kleinen & schnellen Aufgaben zuerst, das macht den Kopf frei für die kniffligen Themen.

In meiner Freizeit mache ich Tai Chi, spiele Querflöte, backe (Sauerteig-)Brot und lerne japanisch mit meinem Sohn.

Das darf an meinem Arbeitsplatz nicht fehlen: ein großer Krug Wasser

My job as an organizational assistant is exciting and offers a lot of variety!

I am motivated by the fact that I can use my organizational talent in this position and thereby assist others.

My job in three words: organize, plan, structure

What makes my work particularly exciting is that I work with lots of different people.

I enjoy/look forward to these tasks the most: sorting & prioritizing my TO DOs

My tip for everyday work: if you want to get everything done at the same time, motivate your-self to tackle one thing at a time, the small & quick tasks first, this clears your head for the tricky topics.

In my free time, I do Tai Chi, play the flute, bake (sourdough) bread and learn Japanese with my son.

Something that I cannot do without at my workplace: a large jug of water
